1 is more than enough for me and lasted many hours. But maybe because my tolerance is low. I only tried my first ever thc when I got the gumming here. The effect is very similar to regular cannabis- it relaxes your mind, makes you laugh, and gives you huge munchies. However, I wish the effects lasted a bit longer, as they fade relatively quickly, within 30 minutes to an hour.
