For years, I have looked for something that will help ease me into a nice comfortable mood and then slide off to sleep...without the narcotic hang over of Ambien or Melatonin (IMO).
With these, I enjoy one maybe an hour or so before I think I will go to bed and continue what I was doing. Before long I start to relax, not a high, really, but relax. After maybe 30 or 45 minutes, I am chill, and can either just relax or go to bed. What is simply great...with these, when you get to 'that point' and you lay down, and honestly just drift away into such a restful, deep sleep. I wake up feeling great!!! I mean, I just feel so rested.
