We primarily use GLS for most shipments. However, for cash on delivery (COD) orders to Germany and Denmark, we exclusively use UPS to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process.

Once we hand over your package to the transport company, it usually takes 3 to 6 working days for delivery. The exact time depends on your location.
